Your Protections
SCX.ai is committed to protecting whistleblowers. The following protections apply to eligible disclosures.
Confidentiality
Your identity will be kept confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law. Information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis.
Non-Retaliation
It is unlawful to take detrimental action against a person because they have made, or propose to make, a protected disclosure.
Legal Protection
Eligible whistleblowers are protected under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), including immunity from civil, criminal, and administrative liability.
Support
Whistleblowers may access support services including counselling, legal advice, and workplace support arrangements.
Independent Escalation
For matters involving the CEO or senior management, or if you are unsatisfied with the handling of your disclosure, you may escalate directly to the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. This independent channel ensures oversight at the highest level of governance.
